17544 „Astra Romana." Soc. Anonyme. Gevestigd te Bucarest. O pge-
17545 richt 10 Aug. 1910 als gevolg eener fusie van de „Astra" en de „Regatul
17546 Roman." De "Astra" werd in 1901 opgericht, bezat concessies op oliehou-
17547 dende terreinen te Moreni en Filipesti en eene raffinaderij te Ploesti. De
17548 „Regutal Roman”, werd in 1905 opgericht en bezat eveneens concessies.
17549 De „Astra Romana" werkt thans te Moreni, Bana, Campina, Filipesti de
17550 Padura, Baicoi en Glodeni. Zij bezit te Moreni ongeveer 65 pct. der aldaar
17551 als oliehoudend erkende terreinen, waarvan 80 H.A. in 1914 van de Ru-
17552 meensche Regeering werden verkregen met een concessie van 50 jaren.
17553 Te Bana bezit zij ongeveer 50 pct. van de oliehoudende terreinen. De con-
17554 cessies te Filipesti worden op 1000 H.A. geschat, terwijl de mpij. te Campina
17555 250 en te Baicoi 500 H.A. bezit. Voorts exploiteert zij eene raffinaderij
